Passover 2022 included a few upgrades from Passover 2021. Yes, still followed COVID precautions whilst eating outdoors. The meal which included Lamb and potatoes and bitter herbs all came from our farm or neighboring farms.

Passover 2021, our first pandemic Passover, involved the family and friends sitting on the driveway eating a meal in long winter coats surrounded by snowbanks.

For Passover 2022, we upgraded the Kugal. In our kitchen, we asked: How to we make this dish delish? From whence does flavor come? What rules must we follow? And can we change the recipe?
